Refund Policy
Our policies regarding payments, refunds, and warranty claims.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of all repair work. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and checks from established customers. We do not offer financing directly but work with a trusted third-party financing partner for customers who qualify.
Estimates
We provide free written estimates for all work. The estimate includes parts and labor costs based on our initial diagnosis.
If additional work is discovered during repair that exceeds the original estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. No additional work will be performed without your written authorization.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of automotive repair services, we generally cannot offer refunds on completed work. However, we stand behind our workmanship and offer the following:
- Warranty Repairs: If an issue arises from our work within the warranty period, we will repair it at no charge
- Parts Warranty: Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you have concerns about completed work, we will inspect and address them
Warranty Claims
Our warranty covers parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us by phone or in person
- Provide your repair order number and vehicle information
- Describe the issue you're experiencing
- Bring your vehicle in for inspection
If the issue is related to our workmanship, we will repair it at no cost. If the issue is due to normal wear, external damage, or other factors beyond our control, we will provide a quote for repairs.
Parts Returns
Parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in original packaging and uninstalled. Special order parts cannot be returned. Core fees (deposits on certain parts like alternators and starters) are refundable upon return of the old core.
Diagnostic Fees
Our diagnostic fee is $89. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair work with us. If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, the fee covers our technician's time and expertise in identifying the problem.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a repair or billing, please contact us directly. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues. In the rare event of a dispute that cannot be resolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing other remedies.
